i prefer ur life in Holland. miss the days of cycling in East Coast. now in KL, no cycling, no exercise, no nothing but saturated fat....:(
The computer voice compased by radiohead
"Regular exercise at the gym
(3 days a week)"is strangely staying in my head all the time.
I tried to do that once in a while in sg, but really didn't enjoy it.
recently after I told my boss radiohead is in town, he play ok computer again in his car and he keep singing his song in office..
even strange anough that this morning I got an sms from sg friend, they just join the gym. below our apartment, asked if we want to join. but I am already feeling too fit (tired) cycling at least 1-2 hours a day.
how i wish msia consider bicycle path
yeah. i wish m'sia could have that too. currently to cycle on the m;sian street is to ask for danger... anytime car or bikes can just come so...close to u. if there's any bicycle path, they will be disconnected somewehre or planted with manhole with stolen cover or hydrant in the middle of the path... YAY! MALAYSIA BOLEH
